We are sad to announce that, on July 23, 2025, at the age of 78, John Steedman of Pasadena, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Steedman and Margaret Steedman; and his sister Claudia Dorsey. He is survived by: his brother Scott Steedman (Karen); his nephew Timothy Dorsey; and his nieces, Amy Havens and Shelby Sanger.
To honor John's generous spirit, the family kindly requests donations be made in his memory to Hospice of the Chesapeake or the National Kidney Foundation.
