It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Hanway Rouse of Pasadena, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father You; his wife Dottie; his sons, Alexander (Lindsey) of Annapolis, Andrew (Denessa) of Willards, MD and Jeffrey of Naples, FL; his stepchildren, Kristie of Pasadena and Eddie of Pasadena; and his sister Jacquelyn of Severna Park. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; a niece; and two great nieces and a great nephew.
