Joyce leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Joyce’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Joyce will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Webb and Annie Webb; and her brothers, George and John Webb. She is survived by: her siblings, James Webb (Donna) and Joanne Leuschner (Donald, Sr.). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the Glen Haven Memorial Park (7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061).
