He is survived by: his significant other Janie Kazas; his daughter Mary Jo Puglisi (Terry); his grandchildren, Meg Puglisi, Anthony Puglisi (Hailey), Cate Skrynecki (Thomas) and Joanna Puglisi; his great grandchild James Skrynecki; and his siblings, Ray Hughes, Kitty Devine, Margaret Smyth (Chip), James Hughes (Luann) and Bernadette Wehr (Richard).
