She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Heppding and Pauline Heppding; her husband Harley Deshler; her sons, Benedict J. Poteet 3rd and David Deshler; and her siblings, Pamela Miles, Julia Moss (Judy), Marsha Yazel, Kalvin Schindler and Fred Heppding, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Shane T. Poteet, Sr., Shawn Howser and Kimberly Jaecksch; her grandchildren, Julia Burton (Ryan), Scott J. Howser, Katy Gracie (Zach), Shane T. Poteet, Jr. (Lauren) and Angelina Jeffries (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Ella Burton, Peyton O'Neil, Pyper Gracie, Payslee Gracie, Parker Gracie, Blakely Poteet and Aaron Jeffries; and her sisters, Pauline Hill and Alphadine Earle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Tate Center of Glen Burnie to help carry on the excellent care that was provided to our Mom.
