It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Leo O'Neill of Pasadena, Maryland, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Celine; his children, Jessica and Randy; and his siblings, Serge, Marie, Renee and Suzanne.
