He was predeceased by: his parents, John Birmingham and Margaret Birmingham; and his brothers, John Birmingham and William Birmingham. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughters, Kelly Coward (Russell) and Michelle Birmingham; his granddaughters, Kylee and Kendall; his sister Katherine Lyle; his siblings-in-law, Kathryn McLane, Sharon McLane, Vernon Geis, Harold Anderson (Janice) and Joseph McLane; and his godchildren, Stefanie Lyle Miller (Justin) and Scott Lyle (Animari). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
