He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" and Lois Jubb; his wife E. "Jenny" Jubb; his children, Tommy Jubb of Pasadena, Mary "Lizzie" E. Mays (Michael), Joseph N. Carson, Jr. of Glen Burnie, Tina M. Harvey (David) of Pasadena and Tammie R. Griffiths (Danny "Reds") of Gambrills; his siblings, Randy Jubb of Pasasdena, Ricky Jubb of Virginia and Pearl Jubb Stifler of Glen Burnie; and his pets, Roxy and Cocoa. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and their spouses; 8 great-grandchildren; his best friend.

“Nathan was so great with my special needs son Andrew, Nathan would drive the route to Kennedy Krieger alot of days. Nathan was my favorite driver ever and company as I knew he was the owner. I was so upset when they did not keep North County on this route and now I will never see this kind man again. I am sorry for his family and all the grandchildren as I could t ell he was good with kids. I was just told today by the transportation office as I complained about not having Nathan this yr”
