He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Whitlock (Herron); his parents, Paul E. Whitlock and Cora E. Whitlock; and his siblings-in-law, Richard and Alice Snowden.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul E. Whitlock II of Glen Burnie and Albert E. Whitlock II (Jennifer) of Millersville; his grandsons, Jake and Luke; and his sisters, Barbara Geier of Westminster, Bonnie Masterson of Glen Burnie, Joan Valdes of Chester and Carol White of Fairfield, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
