He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascoal D'Souza and Anna Raminha D'Souza; and his brother Thomas DeSouza. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha D'Souza (Neil) and Nicole Umholtz (John); his wife Loretta D'Souza; and his siblings, Leticia Rodrigues and Timothy D'Souza. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hope House Treatment Centers (Crownsville, MD) or the American Lung Association.
