He was predeceased by: his father Henry A. Mack Sr.; his wife Joyce Mack; his sisters, Dawn Mack and Elizabeth Mack; and his niece Brenda Mack.
He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Iversen; his children, Sheridan Honarvar (Larry), Purnell "Roth" Mack Jr. (Jennifer), Julie Iversen, Katie and Chris Iversen; his grandchildren, Shanley, Lorissa Honarvar, Lukas, Jakob and Charlie Iversen; his brother Henry Mack Jr. (Betty); and his sibling's children, Henry Mack III and Noelle Sargent (Mike). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
