He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth Liebenthal; his children, Tom Counts (Joyce), Denny Counts Sr., Michael Liebenthal and Vernon Liebenthal Sr. (Susan); his grandchildren, Denny Jr., Kristin and Vernon Jr.; and his sister Phyllis.
