He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Weippert and Lee Raymond Weippert; his sister Doris Dorsey; and his brother-in-law Charles Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Hawkins; his son-in-law Raymond Hawkins of Pasadena; his sister Patsy Brown; his granddaughter Ashlie June Genther (Mark Anthony Genther); and his great grandchildren, Mark "MJ" Anthony Genther, Jr., Micaiah "Cai" Cody Genther and Addalie "Addie" June Margaret Genther.
