With solemn reverence, we commemorate Richard Eugene Waits of Pasadena, Maryland, whose life came to an end on November 1, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Maxine Rush and Edward Eugene Waits; and his stepfather Edison Clare "Rusty" Rush. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Waits; his daughters, Cindy Wengert (Timothy) and Debbie Gilberto (Edward); his grandchildren, Billy Ramsey (Cambryn), Andrew Gilberto, Ryan Wengert and Matthew Gilberto (Alexis); his great grandchild Waylon; and his siblings, Nancy Sue Hall, Victoria Muzzco and Edison Rush.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the America Legion in Severna Park (832 Manhattan Beach Rd, Severna Park, MD 21146). We ask that you RSVP using the link below so we can be sure to have enough food for everyone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, or the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in the name of Richard Waits.
