He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Hicks (Cashen); his mother Susie A Hicks (Hall); and his siblings, Joseph Hicks III and Norma L Blauciak (Hicks). He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Jo Robinson (Rick) and Kathy Kronstadt (Wayne); his grandson Kristopher Jones (Leigh); his great grandchild Emeline; his granddaughter Kristen Giles (Brian); his great grandchildren, Abigail and Tommy; and his granddaughter Susan Willerson (Jason).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Robert's memory to Hospice of the Chesapeake, whose compassionate care provided Robert with comfort and dignity in his final days.
