He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewis and Gladys Lewis; his son Bobby Lewis, Jr.; and his brother Jimmy Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lewis; his children, Holly Miller (Dave Miller), Rich Knutsen (Tara Knutsen), Michelle Knutsen-Santana (Eric Santana) and Paula Knutsen (Dave Stapanoff); and his brothers, John Lewis and Daniel Lewis. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
