With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia A. Insco (Pasadena, Maryland), born in South Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James Insco and Dorothy Insco; and her friends, Carole Giza, Georgia Jubb, Julie Grove, Lynn Stevenson, Diane Anthony, Rose Lombardi, Leah Baran, Barbara Marshall and Marie Waskiewicz.
