He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Warren; and his siblings, Patricia Warren and John Richard Warren. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn S. Warren; his sons, Thomas B. Warren, III and Michael P. Warren; and his grandchildren, Mikaela Warren and Dakota Warren.
