He was predeceased by: his father William Rutledge; and his grandparents, Wilber and Margaret "Sis" Rutledge. He is survived by: his mother Rita Rutledge; and his siblings, Shannon Rutledge (Scott Schuyler) of Glen Burnie and Tad Rutledge of Chester. He is also survived by his family, friends.
