He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Harris and Elaine Harris; and his son Wayne B. Harris, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Harris of Severn, Maryland; his siblings, David F. Harris, Bonnie M. Brady and Susan L. Johnston; his children, Ryan M. Harris (Jennifer) and Denise Hess (Raymond, Jr.); his grandchildren, Courtney (Tim), Jonathan, Erica, Danny (Annida), Gracie, Harley and Rylee; and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Aubrey and Cassidy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (7436 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Haven Memorial Park (7231 Ritchie Hwy E, Glen Burnie, MD 21061).
