She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Earl Rathell; and her brother Tommy Rathell. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Helmick; her daughters, Stacia A. Halley (Steven Halley, Jr.) and Julie A. Davis; her sisters, Theresa Makowski and Lisa Flynn; and her granddaughters, Sierra Halley and Chloe Kane.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to help with the funeral expenses.
