Dennis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Dennis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Dennis will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia M. "Patty" Gring; and his parents, Norman Gring and Anna Gring. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Moore (Cal) and Brian Gring; and his siblings, James Gring (Arlene) and Margaret Stone (Wayne). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. (9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (8420 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A committal service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Faith Memorial Gardens (5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206).
