Francis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Francis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Francis will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Kansler Jemellaro; and his siblings, Patricia Jemellaro, Carmella Sneeringer, Mary Ann Feurer, Robert Jemellaro and Mark Jemellaro.
He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret J. Freel and Janice R. Rand. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (8420 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A committal service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Faith Memorial Gardens (5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
