He was predeceased by: his siblings, Estelle Wolod, Leonard Wolod, Ellis Wolod and Ron Wolod; and his parents, Sarah Wolod and Meyer Wolod of Annapolis, Maryland..

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wolod; his children, Larry Wolod (Kathryn), Darryl Wolod (Robin), Ellen Kraemer (Dave), Elise Dubay (Heston) and Michael Wolod; and his grandchildren, Eva Pawelek (Jordan), Melissa Wolod (Ray Colon), Drew Wolod (Diana), Adam Wolod-Heyman, Jace Kraemer (Melissa), Myles Kraemer and Amanda Dawson (Bobby). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
