He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Frederick, Sr. and Ella Mae Fitch Frederick; his daughter Roberta W. Mattfeld; and his son-in-law Ronald J. Mattfeld. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Frederick; and his granddaughters, Kelly Marie Mattfeld and Jamie Renee Gallagher.
The military honors was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Millers United Methodist Church Cemetery.
