He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Bevard; his children, Kymberly Martin and Douglas Kelbaugh; his grandchildren, Carter Martin, Cameron Kelbaugh and Braden Kelbaugh; his siblings, David Kelbaugh, Ronald Kelbaugh, Michael Kelbaugh, John Kelbaugh and Debbie Sparks; his significant other's children, Heather Myers, Jessie Swedberg and Shane Carroll; Zachary Myers, Rachel Myers, Adeline Swedberg, Jacob Swedberg, Samuel Carroll and Fionn Carroll.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Isaac Jogues Church (9215 Old Harford Rd, Parkville, MD 21234). A wake will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Liberatores Restaurant (9515 Deereco Rd, Timonium, MD 21093).
