Margaret Pitt Bailey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Pitt Bailey (Perryville, Maryland), who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Caroline Pitt (Jackson) and Walter Dupa Pitt; her husband Nelson S. Bailey; and her siblings, Emerson, Donald, Harry Pitt and Ruth Ann Pitt Barclay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patrice A. Bailey (Ken Brown), Kim (Drew) and Maggie Alexander; and her sister Alice Pitt Robinson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Amedisys Hospice Foundation, Janes Church, or the Rising Sun Branch Library in care of the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766.
