She is survived by : her children, Teresa Mills of Port Deposit, MD, Robert Mills and Brian Mills of Perryville, MD; her siblings, David Singleton and Garnet Parker of Aberdeen, MD; her daughter-in-law Laurie Haynes; her grandchildren, Matthew, Charles, Mackenzie, Damien, Jensyn, Taylor and Mark; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Jaxson and Natalie.
