He was predeceased by: his parents, John Napp and Dolores Napp. He is survived by: his wife Christina Marie Napp; his son Parker Stephen Napp; his brothers, John Napp (Jeannie), Philip Napolitano (Heather) and Keith Napp (Carol); his niece Rebecca Blake (Stephen); his nephews, James Napp, Philip and Patrick Napolitano; his cousins, Christine Crouch (John), Mark Miller (Mary Lou) and Michael Miller; and his close friend Ann Marie Pallanck.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the The Summit Manor (510 Monkton Rd, Monkton, MD 21111). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
