He is survived by: his wife Barbara D. Clark; his children, Tracey Ann Lucas (Patrick), Cindy Lee Clark, Robin Clark Patrick (Norman) and W. Andrew Clark (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Cassidy Cratty, Christopher Lucas, Noah Patrick, Adam Patrick, Ethan Patrick, Ben Clark, Anna Clark, Nora Clark and Jane Clark; his great grandchildren, Beatrix Cratty and Cameron Lucas; and his cousin Jane Stewart.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church (3701 Sweet Air Rd, Phoenix, MD 21131). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
