He was predeceased by: his sister Fanny Mae Okum (Alfred); and his parents, Lottie Neuburger and Sidney Neuburger. He is survived by: his wife Elke Neuburger; his daughters, Barbara McGowan (Kevin) and Marcia Neuburger; and his caregiver Myra Wynn.
