She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard B. Cohen; her daughter Joanne Gampel; her brother Pierce Kadish; her sister-in-law Sonia Friedman (Hyman); and her parents, Michael Kadish and Ida Kadish.

She is survived by: her son Merton Cohen (Diane); her son-in-law Howard Gampel; her grandchildren, Margo Duncan, Allan Cohen (Christine), Beth Abell (Adam) and Mitchell Gampel; her great grandchildren, Michael Schwartz, Rachel Schwartz, Jacob Duncan, Marcy Cohen, Leah Cohen, Oliver Abell, Jett Abell, Mila Abell, Kisa Ulloa, Xena Gampel and Johan Gampel; and her sister-in-law Ingrid Greenbaum.
