He is survived by: his wife Juliet Spritzer; his daughters, Julie Alison David (Stephen) and Lisa Suzanne Spritzer; his sister Sherry Schneider; his grandsons, Colin Lee David (Jamie Kashima) and Sean Reuben Bereson (Iva); his great grandchild Matteo; and his family Donald.
