He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendy Sullivan and William Sullivan (Skip). He is survived by: his wife Amy Sullivan (Weitzman); his children, Olivia and Brett; his sister Tracey Belden (Peter Belden); his sibling's children, Sam, Casey, Maggie, Sarah and Jack; his parents-in-law, Arlene and Ronald Weitzman; and his siblings-in-law, Todd and Carrie Weitzman.
