We announce the death of Frank Norman Schaefer Jr. of Pikesville, Maryland, who passed away on July 15, 2026, at the age of 90. Frank will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Schaefer and Jeanette Schaefer; his wife Julia Frances Schaefer; and his daughter Deborah Ann Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Mitchell Schaefer (Isabella) of Jacksonville, FL and Dennis Bryan Schaefer (Donna) of Westminster; his son-in-law Stephen Phillips; and his grandchildren, Rachel Schaefer, Tyler Schaefer, Carrie Ann Schaefer, Jared Phillips, Stacey Schaefer and Kristen Johnson. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
