He is survived by: his girlfriend Lydia Turk (Debra Chernow); his children, Stephanie Krakowitz (Reed) and William Chernow (Rachel); his brother David Chernow (late Sondra); and his grandchildren, Julia Krakowitz, Jack Chernow, Spencer Chernow, Blaire Krakowitz and Bradley Krakowitz.
