He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubin Folkoff and Sara Folkoff; his in-laws, Louis and Marion Klein; his brother Harold Folkoff; and his brother-in-law Jim Klein.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his daughters, Lisa Alexander (Hersh) and Marci Hunn (Andy); his grandchildren, Sari Alexander, Jordan Hunn and Mason Hunn; his brother Larry Folkoff (Linda); his aunt Libby Newman; and his siblings-in-law, Steven, Linda Klein, Robert and Donna Klein. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
