He is survived by: his girlfriend Nancy Efron of Stevensville, MD; his siblings, Michael Rice (Beth) of Lititz, PA, Kenneth Rice (Jill) of Bear, DE, Gregory Rice (Wendi) of Wilmington, DE and Jennifer Rice (Eric) of Wilmington, DE; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Warfel, Jacob Rice, Abbey Rice, Joshua Rice, Stephen Rice and Danielle Rice.
