He is survived by: his wife Candy Powder-Balk; his daughters, Dr. Jenna Balk and Jill Pucci (Alex); his grandmother Flossie Snyder; his aunt Dee Josephs; his cousins, Jeffrey, Corinne Gulin, Stuart, Joan Schoenfeld and Lisa Affayroux; and his pets, Moose, Rolly, Goose and Baby.
