He is survived by: his wife Ellen Miller; his children, Ed Miller (Iris) and Dr. Leslie Miller (Adam Rosen); his sister Bernice Berman (late Richard); his grandchildren, Tzaki Miller (Elona), Tova Bakaev (Binyamin), Rui Miller, Zevi Miller, Mordi Miller, Gideon Rosen and Seri Rosen; and his great grandchildren, Malka Miller, Batsheva Miller and Sara Bakaev.
