We bid farewell to Joyce Winakur (Pikesville, Maryland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 31, 2025 at the age of 85. Joyce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Winakur; her siblings, Lee and Sheila Cohen (William); her in-law Jack Winakur (Fay); and her parents, Florence Chiat and Alexander Chiat.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Westcott (Steven), Wendy Winakur Tull (Ron) and Stacey Horn (Matthew); her grandchildren, Jackson Miller (Jordan), Alyson Miller, Jacob Westcott, Andrea Bacon (Dewight), Joshua Westcott and Sam Horn; her great grandchildren, Piper Miller, Ryan Miller, Damien Bacon and Denver Bacon; and her in-law Iris Berger (Bernie). She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
