It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Weinstein of Pikesville, Maryland, born in Archbald, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Max Weingarten and Rose Weingarten (Moskovitz); her husband Philip Weinstein; and her sisters, Lucille Kranson and Millicent "Millie" Garvin.

She is survived by : her children, Edward Weinstein (Roseann) of High Bridge, NJ and Barbara Bradbury (Mitchell) of New Rochelle, NY; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Isabel and Sarah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
