She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Levin (Jerry); her brother Ralph Sax; and her granddaughter Shana Malamphy. She is survived by: her children, Randi, Michael Malamphy, Lori Levin and Terri Pazornick; her grandchildren, Max Malamphy, Kristen Gazdick, Alyssa Pazornick, Rachael, Billy Woodward, Arielle, David Robinson, Samuel Morgenthau and Julia Morgenthau; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Nugent, Layla Woodward and Willow Malamphy. She is also survived by loving sister and brother in laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and many great friends.
