She is survived by: her children, Michael Shirkin (Yelena) and Dr. Milla Karev; her siblings, Meri Lekhner, Klara Bergman and Alex Bergman (Mercedes); and her grandchildren, Phillip Shirkin, Selena Shirkin, Yuri Karev, Alex Karev and Mark Karev.
