He is survived by: his children, Brenda Ryan (Tim) and Miles Horwitz; his brother Ted Horwitz (Sandy); his grandchildren, Jack Ryan, Alexandra Ryan and Danielle Ryan; Mindy Valpey (Scott), Diane Fay (Don Jones), Lily, Brooker, Demri, Asher, Lyric, Nita and Clara. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
