He is survived by: his siblings, Cecelia Moore (Jim) of Odenton, Maryland, Antonio Garcia (Betty) of Annapolis, Maryland, Bernadette Tippett (Elmer) of Annapolis, Maryland, Ann Macomber (Alan) of Bowie, Maryland, John Garcia (Lois Jean) of Greenville, Delaware, George Garcia of Williamsburg, Virginia and David Garcia of Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; and his children, Cecelia, Christina and Michael Nicholas Garcia of Pasadena, Maryland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 16800 Piney Point Rd, Piney Point, MD 20674.
