He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Miller and Bertha Miller. He is survived by: his sister Rosalee Ball; his son Samuel Miller; his wife Dorothy Hurley Miller; his daughter Brenda Miller; his grandchildren, Scott Mason, Neal Miller and Nicole Mason; and his close friends, Jim Shockley, Warren Beers and Joe Kauffman.
