He was predeceased by: his parents, Phalos Richo and Eugenia Richo; and his uncles, Owen, Ernest, Isaiah and Killey Belote.

He is survived by: his mother-in-law Willie Mae Purnell; and his sons, Craig Collins (Sharon) of Salisbury, Bryan Richo (Tawauna) of Salisbury Maryland, Cory Richo (Kjirsten) of Crisfield and Timothy Richo of Princess Anne, Maryland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
