He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scarborough and Hattie Beatrice Douglas; his parents-in-law, Elise Douglas and John Douglas; and his son Anthony Scarborough.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Scarborough (Tonya) of Snow Hill, MD and Marshall Scarborough, Jr. (Janel) of New Castle, DE; his stepson Kevin Douglas (Beverly) of Snow Hill, MD; his daughter Regina Scarborough of Pocomoke City, MD; his grandchildren, Courtney Scarborough, Briana Scarborough, Eugina Scarborough-Holden (George), Sheena Ewell, Marshall Scarborough III (Kishawna), Deontrae Scarborough, Sr. and Vernon Scarborough; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Douglas-Husdon (Doug), Loretta Walker (Clark), Larry Douglas and George Douglas; and his extended family Sylvester Parker. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
