He is survived by: his mother Ethel Bowden; his sisters, Linda Mason and Diane Watson; his daughter Stacy Vickers (Matthew); his grandchildren, Kinslee, Kamryn and Kane Vickers; his son Robert H. Dolby Jr. (Hilary); his grandchildren, Caleb (Ellie), Channing, Cash, Creed Dolby, Michael Jr., Brayden and Mia Brooks; and his great grandchild Coen Jack Dolby (Ellie). He is also survived by many other family members & friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jack Dolby Raceway Building (2037 Broad St, Pocomoke City, MD 21851).
